Hey can you get this message to management please!!! Joseph Alexander was amazing today!!! I needed help getting an emergency shipment out the door with the closest carrier with a truck and he came through big time!!! he rated it out and called every carrier down the line for me to find the closest truck. Hands down the best customer service I have received from a logistics company in a long time. He could have called it quits after the first 5 carriers weren’t available but he kept going helping me and my company make a customer extremely happy. Give that man a raise!!! He deserves it!!!

Just wanted you to know that I have been working with Joseph on a very urgent shipping ticket and she has been STELLAR support!! I was so impressed with his hard work in finding the fastest way possible to get my shipment out to China. Even pinging with me late on Friday night as he trouble shot with multiple shippers.
